He was born in Kyiv. He studied at the art school under the guidance of Professor I. Steinberg. He studied at the Kyiv State Art Institute (1947-1954), where his teachers were A. Pashchenko, V. Kasian, M. Pleshchynskyi, and A. Sereda. Participant of numerous republican (since 1958), all-Union (since 1967) and foreign (since 1965) art exhibitions. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. He worked in the field of easel graphics. Feigin's works are represented in the National Art Museum of Ukraine, in more than 30 museums in Ukraine and Russia, in gallery and private collections in Ukraine, Russia, the USA, Belgium, Italy, Canada, Germany, Poland, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan and other countries.
