Use a soft tape measure or a piece of string to circle your wrist and measure the circumference. The measurement should be "snug but not tight, fitting comfortably." Finally, choose the closest whole number wrist size. We will craft the bracelet based on this measurement to ensure a comfortable fit that allows the bracelet to turn slightly. 2️⃣ If your wrist measurement has a decimal point, for example, 14.5cm, you can choose either 14cm or 15cm: 14cm will be a closer fit while still allowing movement, and 15cm will be looser and more relaxed. 3️⃣ If an adjustment is needed due to measurement discrepancies, please note the following: Within 7 days: After receiving the bracelet, please notify us and send it back for adjustment within 7 days. There will be no charge for this service. Between 7 and 14 days: If you notify us for an adjustment after wearing the bracelet for more than 7 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Over 14 days: Please use the restringing service provided on the warranty card for adjustments, or opt for a paid service of NT$100 for restringing and any bead adjustments.
