Please do not add extra room for looseness or tightness. Due to handmade craftsmanship, the bracelet will be made to a comfortable size, with approximately 1cm of flexibility. If you prefer a snug fit or a looser feel, please note this in your order. ❤️ ●● Cords are considered consumables. It is normal for them to loosen or break after a period of use. Regularly replacing the cord is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● A 1-month warranty is provided. If the bracelet comes undone or breaks during wear, the cord will be replaced free of charge (you will only need to cover the round-trip shipping fee). ● If the cord becomes worn after prolonged wear and you wish to replace it, a nominal fee of $100 NTD will be charged for the cord replacement, plus the round-trip shipping fee. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, a material and labor fee of $200 NTD will be charged, plus the round-trip shipping fee. (Replacement of main charms or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the design.) Important Notes: ● Natural gemstones may exhibit internal ice lines, cracks, cottony inclusions, mineral flaws, or symbiotic minerals, which are normal occurrences. ● All product images are of the actual items. Due to variations in computer monitors, lighting, and angles, please refer to the actual product. ● Measurement differences may result in an error margin of 1-2cm, which is unavoidable and considered normal. ● To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, handle it gently. Avoid forceful pulling and collisions. ● It is best to avoid wearing jewelry while showering or submerging it in water. Please remove crystal jewelry during activities such as sports or swimming to prevent damage to accessories and crystals from chemical agents. ● Precious metal accessories may naturally oxidize and darken over time due to contact with air, moisture, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, or sweat, which is a normal phenomenon. ● K gold accessories offer excellent color retention. When in use, try to avoid scratching the surface. With proper care, the color can be maintained for several months or even longer, depending on individual usage habits. ● The cord on crystal bracelets may occasionally become visible due to handling or pulling. Simply slide the beads to tuck the cord back in.
