? Epidemic prevention measures

● In order to ensure the health of oneself and others, the notice before the event will notify the participants to fill in the health self-reliance form. If they have the conditions listed in the form, they will not participate in the event.
● On the day of the event, the staff will measure your body temperature and provide alcohol disinfection. Please be sure to bring a mask to ensure that everyone can participate in the event with peace of mind!

【Qualification review】
★On-site registration will check the ID card. If it is found that you are not in person or not single, you will be deemed to have abstained, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
【Cancellation & Refund Policy】
■ 90% of the paid amount will be refunded if the notice is canceled 7 days before the event date (excluding the event day).
■ 50% of the paid amount will be refunded if the notice is canceled 6 days to 4 days before the event day (excluding the event day).
■ Cancellations are not accepted from 3 days before the event day to the day, and no refund will be made.
■ During the event, if the participation in the event is suspended due to reasons not held by the sponsor, the money will not be refunded.
■ If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.
■ If the activity is suspended due to the organizer's reasons, the full amount will be refunded.
【Change date or event】
■ The date or other activities can be changed 4 days before the event day (excluding the event day). But the change is limited to one time.
■ If there is a price difference after changing the date or other activities, the overcharge will be refunded and the underpayment will be made up.
■ Cancellations are not accepted after date changes or other events.
■ Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the event to the day.
