Repairs for the main materials and round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. On-site repairs require an appointment; please inquire about availability in advance. Damage resulting from obvious human misuse or excessive force is not covered by this warranty. ◯ Returns & Exchanges Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for shipping errors or apparent defects. Other products are eligible for one size exchange only. If the desired size is out of stock, exchanges cannot be made, and round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within the 7-day appreciation period upon receipt of the item.
