Natural black spots, lines, feather inclusions, or cloudiness within gemstones are normal. # Pearls: All pearls are natural and unique, possessing their own natural luster. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: # Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period. # Item not returned in its original packaging box and carton. # Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoice, including paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper cartons, and accompanying accessories (e.g., earring backs). # Non-normal trial wear; the item shows clear signs of prolonged use and soiling. # Item has been altered, such as by engraving or modifying size or chain length. # Promotional gifts not returned. # Item damaged due to human factors upon return. # Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. * As per court rulings, custom orders made according to consumer requests are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned. * Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount exceeds the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged. * Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
