【order process】
1-Discuss the needs through "Contact the designer", first provide the photos you want to design for the seller's reference, explain whether there is a time limit (for gifts or special holidays), and confirm that both parties agree to be correct before placing an order
2-After placing the order, please reconfirm that the photos you want to design are correct (there must be a frontal photo and the head is not cropped or covered) and the original photo with clear resolution should be sent to the designer's mailbox**email**
3-Provide text content if necessary (with congratulatory words or name, handwritten font for the seller)
4-After confirming that the payment has been completed and receiving the photo letter, the design will start, and it can be completed in about 5-10 days (the draft service is not provided, please confirm that the style is consistent before placing an order)
**The actual time required to arrange the order is subject to the designer’s notification in the discussion message**
5-After completion, the finished product will be sent to the mailbox as an electronic file
【Precautions】
1-150 yuan will be charged for urgent mail
2-The designer is not full-time and professional, please confirm whether the style of painting meets your expectations
3-Once the custom-made goods are produced, they cannot be cancelled and cannot be returned or exchanged
4-Placing an order means that the designer agrees to use the finished design and the photo provided by the buyer as a template, and use it on the designer's store and social platforms
5-The design copyright is owned by the designer, please do not use it for any commercial purposes / mass printing / post-production modification of the design
6-The msjoyillustration logo will be added to the design drawings, and it is not possible to request resizing or removal
7-The photo of the product with a photo frame is a gift-giving sketch, the actual order of this product is only available in electronic files
8-The intricate details of the wedding dress and the bouquet will be calculated separately based on the additional purchase of accessories. The actual amount is subject to the designer's quotation
