These variations are not defects. 7. Please clean shoes and bags using the appropriate methods. Avoid using strong detergents, excessive water, or soaking. 8. Bags are packaged in PP bags. While the packaging protects the product during transit, slight creases or abrasions from logistics handling are unavoidable and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings. Actual product colors will prevail. Manual measurements may have a normal variation of approximately 1-3 cm. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Please contact us via private message to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. 2. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (PP bag + outer box), including all accessories and intact tags. 3. Items purchased as part of a "spend and get" promotion cannot be partially returned. If you wish to return items from such a promotion, please return the entire order and reorder if necessary. 4.
