Once confirmed, we will provide you with a quote. ◌ Due to a high volume of current orders, please anticipate a waiting period of several months for scheduling. ◌ A 50% deposit is required. We will create a deposit listing for you to purchase, which confirms your spot in the queue. ◌ The remaining balance will be due after the piece is completed. We will send you completion photos for your review. Once you confirm, you can purchase from your dedicated final payment listing. ◌ Changes to the expression and pose cannot be made one month after production begins. Therefore, please ensure all details are confirmed initially. Any special requests for the creation process must be stated at the very beginning. ◌ For customization, please provide photos of your pet from all angles: front, back, left, right, top, and bottom. Photos should be taken in natural lighting without filters to avoid color discrepancies. Providing more photos is always helpful for reference during creation. ◌ If insufficient photos are available, consider a framed bust. Only a front-facing photo is needed for this option. If you still prefer a full-body piece, please message us to discuss alternatives, as we can adapt to different circumstances. ◌ During the creation process, we may need to inquire about unclear details. Please ensure you are reachable for communication. ◌ Upon completion, we will send you photos of the finished piece from all angles for your confirmation. Minor adjustments to patterns and details can be made upon request. However, we cannot modify the fur or eye colors, as slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions compared to the reference images. ◌ Free repairs are limited to 5 instances. Subsequent repairs will incur a fee. ◌ Once confirmed, the item will be carefully packaged and shipped. (We will confirm with you before sealing the package, and therefore, returns or exchanges will not be accepted after shipping.) ■ Specifications: ◌ Full body for dogs and cats: Available in two sizes (approx. 15cm or 20cm length from nose to tail). (Please message us for specifications for other types of pets.) ◌ Full body for small pets (e.g., hamsters): Approximately 10cm in length (nose to tail). ◌ Framed pieces: Bust (fits 4x6 frame) and headshot (fits 3.5x3.5 frame). (Approximate width of dog/cat head is 8-9cm.) ■ Additional Information: ⌑ For full-body pieces, you can provide your pet's fur, ashes, or whiskers. These will be incorporated into the body during creation (small, multi-colored glass vials are also available for purchase). If you wish to embed real fur onto the surface, we have specific methods for handling different fur types. Please message us for details. Whiskers can be affixed to the face of the piece. ⌑ We dedicate our utmost effort to creating each pet's likeness, which requires significant time. The creation process typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on complexity. We kindly ask for your patience to ensure the highest quality. ⌑ As these are pieces born from considerable effort and time, cancellations or refunds are not possible after production begins. ⌑ As each piece is handmade, 100% exact replication of the original is not possible, and some variations will exist. Please refer to our past works for an understanding of our artistic style. Orders will be accepted only from those who can accept these potential differences. ⌑ Actual dimensions may vary by +-1-2cm. Minor color and size variations are inherent in the handmade process. Those seeking absolute perfection are kindly advised not to place an order.
