Confirm whether the class start is successful The organizer will inform you whether the class will start 5 working days before the class day (excluding Saturdays/national holidays). 3. Receipt of payment notice ✖ If there are less than 4 students enrolled, the organizer will send you an email to cancel the course, and no payment is required. Welcome to register for other half-day courses! 〇If the course starts successfully, the organizer will call and send an email to notify you to make the payment. Please complete the remittance within 3 days (the overdue quota will be released to the alternate students). ※Changes to class time and DIY projects are not accepted after payment. 4. Complete the remittance After completing the remittance, please write to inform your remittance time, the last four digits of the account or provide remittance details (please send to: potterystudio@dihua-halfday.com ). After we receive your payment, the organizer will notify you by email to complete the registration procedures. 5. Take courses *Admission is open 10 minutes before class starts, please report on the 1st floor, and the organizer will take you to the pottery classroom on the 3rd floor. *In order to make the experience activities go smoothly, please do not be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue, and you will not be able to refund. *For the convenience of operation, remember to trim your nails before class. *Participation is limited to those who have purchased the course, and those who have not purchased the course are not allowed to accompany and participate in the course. *In order to protect the rights and interests of students who pay for the class and maintain the quality of the class, students under the age of 6 are only allowed to enter the venue with one accompanying parent. Children over 6 years old are not allowed to be accompanied by their parents. If parents want to accompany you, thank you for your cooperation! *Occasionally, the organizer will take a side shot according to the needs during the class, and it may be uploaded to the community or the official website in the future. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for activity records or other enrollment channel promotion purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site, and we will pay attention and make special arrangements. ●About refund *If the course is due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for assistance in postponement or refund. *In case of a typhoon, the class suspension standard announced by our location (Taipei City) will be the class start and refund standard. *If you want to cancel the course, please call or send a letter to the organizer in advance to inform. If the course is canceled 1-5 working days before the school day and on the day of the school day (excluding Saturdays/national holidays), the full amount will not be refunded, but 70% of the course fee will be refunded (30% of the class fee will be charged according to the administrative process) cost). ●Precautions for epidemic prevention *If you have a recent travel or contact history, or have a fever and upper respiratory symptoms, please do not enroll in the course. * During the teaching process, the teacher will wear a mask all the way.
