Wenshan Baozhong comes from the Pinglin Mountains in Taipei, and is grafted with bergamot trees. The tea soup is rich in the aroma of bergamot, and the tea has the aroma of roasting fire. It is a special Baozhong oolong tea.
[Turtle time heat punching method]
1. Warming pot: Pour hot water into the clay pot/other pots to help the teapot warm up easily, and pour the water out after 30 seconds.
2. Dried incense: Take an appropriate amount of tea leaves and put them into the pot (approximately spread the bottom of the pot tightly, about 5 grams per person, can be adjusted according to personal preference). You can get close to the container and enjoy the healing feeling brought by the hot steam dissipating the aroma of the tea leaves.
3. Warming foam:
The bulbous leaves of the oolong tea type are firmer. Pour 95-100 degrees Celsius hot water into the pot to soak, and pour the water out immediately. This will warm up the tea leaves, help the subsequent tea leaves to stretch, and release the tea soup more easily.
4. Drinking and brewing: Pour in hot water, cover the tea lid and let it stand for about 1.5 minutes, then pour it into a male cup. It is recommended to collect 2~3 rounds of tea soup in a male cup, and enjoy it together with the advantages of each round.
5. The time for back flushing can be increased by 15~30 seconds for each round of brewing.
*It can be washed 6-7 times in total starting from the moistening foam.
It is recommended to use a clay pot, which dissipates heat relatively slowly and is better at keeping warm. There is an easy-to-stretch space inside the pot.
【Simple bubble for office workers】
1. Spread the tea leaves on the bottom of the tea net.
2. Hang the tea net on the mug.
3. Move to the tea room, gossip with colleagues while carefully pouring about 350cc of 90-95 boiling water.
4. Let it stand for 2~3 minutes, the leaves will unfold slightly, and the tea soup will turn orange-yellow. Take out the tea net and drink it.
For the next brewing, add 1 minute to each round, and you can brew 2-3 times.
[Sleep and cold soak method]
1. According to the ratio of 500cc of water to 5 grams of tea leaves, put the tea leaves into the water bottle.
2. Put it in the refrigerator and let it stand overnight (about 8-10 hours). After getting up in the morning and filtering out the tea leaves (to avoid bitterness), you can enjoy it easily.
