Microscope-set Inlay 「Craftsmanship」 The techniques currently used in our design studio include: metalworking, wax carving, stone setting, engraving, and 3D printing. As these are skills the designer has mastered, you are welcome to discuss any desired adjustments to the jewelry with the designer. 「Material Description」 All items in this design studio are crafted under strict quality control by the designer. Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, and silver is also procured from reliable merchants and coordinated with manufacturers. For plating, both jewelry and industrial plating techniques are employed. If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult the designer before placing an order. Most items in this design studio are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please expect a waiting period. If you require the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to confirm if production is possible within your timeframe. Items processed by the factory require more time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced over NT$2000 will be presented in a jewelry box (separate purchase required for items under NT$2000). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still include it). Please inform the designer if you require separate packaging. However, variations in equipment and screen displays may result in slight color differences. Gemstone colors may also appear differently due to light refraction. 『Care Instructions』 1. For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove it before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances (e.g., perfumes). 3. When not in use, gently wipe with a soft cloth/polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a polishing cloth. 『Return Policy』 Returns and refunds are not accepted for items that deviate from the product description in terms of color and specifications (gemstone color, arrangement, size, material, plating/non-plating), custom engravings, conversion to clip-on earrings, or any other personalized requests.
