[Warranty and Remarks]
1. In compliance with consumer protection laws, the appreciation period after the goods arrive is limited to unopened goods and is not a product trial period.
2. The products in this store are personal hygiene products and cannot be returned once they are "opened" or "used". We apologize for any inconvenience.
3. For the shipping costs incurred by exchanging goods during the warranty period, it will be determined based on the circumstances whether the consumer has the right to pay round-trip shipping costs.
4. Returned goods must be in brand new condition and unopened. Returned goods must be properly packaged in the original delivery box. Do not damage the outer box, do not paste stickers or write on the original packaging.

6. During the warranty period, if the product itself is defective or malfunctioning (non-human factors or external force damage), since the product is a personal item and there are hygiene concerns, the warranty will only replace the product with a new one and not repair it.
7. If the product exceeds the appreciation period and enters the warranty process, the shipping fee will be borne by the client and the venue.
