Floral Arrangement Care: ● Preserved flowers and dried flowers should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from water. Placed in a cool, dry area, they can last for two years. ● If dried flowers become damp and moldy, wipe them with alcohol. ● If dust accumulates, gently blow it off with a hairdryer on a low temperature, low speed setting. Important Notes: ● This product is only available for delivery within Taiwan's main island (excluding airports and outlying islands). Orders to addresses that cannot be delivered to will be automatically canceled. ● Photos are of the actual product, but due to handmade crafting and the nature of floral materials, the product may not be exactly identical. ● Dried flowers are inherently delicate. A small amount of petal shedding during unboxing is unavoidable. Please consider carefully before ordering if you are a perfectionist. ● As floral materials are seasonal, if any are out of stock, we will design and substitute with appropriate flowers while maintaining the color scheme and overall aesthetic. ● Dried and preserved flowers are natural materials. Some minor shedding due to bumps during transit is inevitable, but we will do our best to package and protect the product. ● If you have any issues upon receiving your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
