Glass Dip Pen / Starry Sky Series / Iridescent Illusion

One design, one pen. Each pen is entirely unique in its creation. Minor variations in the handcrafted, fired glass are to be expected, such as slight curves in the body and tip, or an uneven surface texture. Some patterns may feel raised or indented to the touch, and the ink-holding grooves may not be perfectly equidistant. Every glass pen possesses its own character, from its feel in hand and writing sensation to the flow of its patterns and length. ★ This particular pen produces slightly thicker lines. ★ The colors in the Starry Sky series shimmer subtly, shifting with different angles. ★ The reverse side is solid black; please refer to image 4. **How to Use:** Dip the nib into ink, covering about 1/3 to more than half of it, then begin writing. Avoid striking the bottom of the ink bottle. The feel, line thickness, and writing angle will differ for each pen and even at various angles on the same pen. Experiment to find the angle that suits your writing style best. After use, rinse the nib with clean water. If residual ink remains in the crevices, gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush while rinsing. Allow to air dry before storing. Handle with care; do not drop. ★ Some initial scratching against the paper is normal when first used. ★ To remove the protective cap, do not pull it straight off horizontally, as this can damage the nib. Instead, twist it in the opposite direction of the pen's threads. ★ Each pen features unique, naturally formed bubbles or bubble patterns. ★ Please use fountain pen ink. ★ For practice, consider choosing a calligraphy or writing guide for hard-tipped pens. ★ Includes a small ink bottle (5ml) and a storage box. (★ As liquids cannot pass through customs for international shipping, a pen rest will be included instead of ink.) ★ Repairs for damage will incur a fee based on the extent of the damage.
