◆ If glass products are damaged during firing or transportation, COZU Lab will provide a full refund or a free trial class.
◆ The number of participants in this event is based on the registration page. If there are accompanying persons, additional venue cleaning fees will be charged.
◆ Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be admitted and no refund will be given.
◆ Students should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and damage is caused, the students are responsible for themselves; if there are any production problems, please notify the on-site staff immediately.
◆ Please handle glass products with care. If any damage or cracks are found before production, please notify the on-site staff immediately to assist in replacement.
◆ This course will take pictures, videos, etc. of students’ production highlights and works, which will be publicly shared and promoted on COZU Lab.’s official website and social platforms in the future.
