How to save:
1. Refrigerate for 3-5 days
2. The best tasting period is to eat it within 3 days, and try to eat it within a week. Soak it in ice water before eating for a better taste.
3. If the lettuce is not washed, place it upright and put it in a plastic bag. If the lettuce is washed, drain the water and store it in a fresh-keeping box (do not overcrowd or press it).
4. The lettuce is shipped whole with roots to keep it fresh. Cut off the roots before eating, rinse the lettuce with water and you can eat it!
5. When washing lettuce, please use a knife to cut off the stems. Do not pull them out with your hands, as this will cause the lettuce to rot more easily.
