If you wish to change the photo after the draft is completed, a revision fee of NT$100 per photo will apply. 3. We focus on natural aesthetics, adjusting lighting and tones without over-beautification. If this is a concern, please provide a beautified photo. Refunds & Returns // If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. Custom-made items are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your ordered product to another customer.) In cases of defects, shortages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you. Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. Custom Order Instructions // 1. Select the product you wish to customize and complete the payment. 2. After placing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photo is confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. For physical product designs, a draft will be provided for your review and confirmation within 1-3 days. 6. After your confirmation, printing and production will commence, typically taking 30-35 business days. Some items may take longer, as specified for each product. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of shipment once your printed product is packaged. If it arrives earlier, it will be shipped ahead of schedule.
