● When registering at the event, the ID card will be checked. If you do not bring your ID card or if you are found to be someone else or not single, you will be deemed to have given up. Other things to note
1. Cancellation method:
▼ If notified of cancellation 7 days before the event date (excluding the event date), 90% of the paid amount will be refunded.
▼ If you cancel the event 6 days to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
▼ No cancellations will be accepted from 3 days before the event to the day of the event, and no refund will be given.
▼ If you terminate your participation in the event due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given.
▼ If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
▼ If the event is canceled due to the organizer’s reasons, the full amount will be refunded.
2. Change dates or other activities:
▼ The date or other activities can be changed 4 days before the event date (excluding the event day). But the change can only be made once.
▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or other activities, the excess cost will be refunded or compensated.
▼ Cancellations will not be accepted after date changes or other events.
▼ No date changes will be accepted from 3 days before the event to the day of the event.
