Warranty Period: The product is covered by a two-year free warranty from the date of purchase. * The warranty card must be filled with the purchase date (no alterations allowed) and stamped with the warranty seal. If the card is lost but proof of purchase date can be provided, it will be considered valid. * For issues outside the warranty scope or after the warranty period has expired, lifetime repair services are available. The buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping and repair part costs. 2. Warranty Coverage: Handles, pull rods, and wheels are covered under warranty. * Defects arising from material issues or manufacturing flaws are also included within the warranty. * This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, external factors (especially damage during transportation, such as deformation, breakage, structural damage, scratches, abrasions, etc.), or liquid damage that affects usability. 3. Repair Process: * Please take photos of the item before sending it for repair. * Contact customer service by phone before shipping the item back to our company (round-trip shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility). * For repairs outside the warranty scope or after the warranty period, our repair team will assess the cost and contact you for a quote. Repairs will commence only after mutual agreement. * If you do not agree to the repair costs, the item will be returned to you via cash-on-delivery for shipping fees. 4. Repair Duration: * Standard Repair: Approximately 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). * Expedited Repair: Approximately 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time), with an additional fee of $150 NTD for expedited service. * If parts need to be ordered from overseas, expedited service is not applicable, and the waiting period may be 2-3 months. 5. Exclusions: For damage incurred during airport handling or due to other external forces, please file a claim directly with the airline. Such damage is not covered by our company's warranty. 6. Repair Item Storage Period: Items not collected within three months from the date of notification will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and our company will not be responsible for their storage. 【Important Notes】 1.
