※ To ensure service quality, late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes will not be admitted and are non-refundable.
※ When undergoing the color analysis, please avoid wearing high-neck clothing. Remove any earrings, and ensure you come with a bare face.
※ If you typically wear makeup, makeup remover is available at the studio.
※ In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
※ As this is a one-on-one service, cancellations on the day of the appointment are non-refundable.
※ Rescheduling requests must be made at least three days in advance.
