Class Policies
1. Ticket Holders Only: This class is exclusively for ticket holders. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or participate, except for parent-child classes.
2. Punctual Entry: Doors open 10 minutes before the event. Please arrive on time. Entry will be denied for arrivals more than 15 minutes late, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Portrait Rights: Photos may be taken during the class for event records or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff at the venue, and we will accommodate your request.
4. No Recording: Please refrain from recording video or audio during the class.
5. Class Environment: The class is held in an open space, and other guests may be present at adjacent tables. Please only register if you are comfortable with this setting.
Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Policy: If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system, with a 15% service fee deducted from the ticket price. As the instructor needs to prepare materials in advance, refunds and exchanges are not accepted within 3 days prior to the event.
2. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted within 3 days prior to the event.
