Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, preserving the unique patterns and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations and scratches are inevitable. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, we consider them within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid them, except for major damage. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather will develop its own unique patina, darkening and gaining a luster, gradually showcasing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, variations in color can occur between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to varying dye absorption. Colors will not be identical between orders placed at different times. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is **"custom-made to order."** Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," in your order notes. If no notes are provided upon ordering, you agree to the designer selecting the "stitching color" and leaving the "embossed text" area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (finished products cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" are not subject to an appreciation period, nor do we accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
