Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique marks and textures from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches acquired during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal within acceptable ranges, provided the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major imperfections. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather that makes each piece so uniquely captivating. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors from subsequent orders will not be identical. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a "customized item." Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," in the order notes. If no notes are provided, you agree to let the designer choose the "stitching color" and leave the "embossed text" area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others. The finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed. Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes reasons such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, or not meeting expectations.
