From the French brand Murat, with a history spanning over a century. This brand is renowned for its special "doublé or" technique, a patented craftsmanship that applies a high content of gold to metal. This patent was registered in 1847. As pure gold has always been expensive, this special technique attracted a wider range of customers, allowing Murat to appeal to the mid-price segment more effectively than its competitors. This type of long brooch was popular during the Edwardian era. They are typically long and slender. You can also adorn your hat with it, letting your creativity flow. Materials: Gold-plated, imitation stones. Substantial and in good condition. The long pin on the back has a slight wave, but it does not affect its use.
