Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique lines and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect spots, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, transportation, and crafting. Unless the leather surface is damaged, these are considered within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfect consistency of machine-made items, but it possesses a delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, deepen in color, gain a patina, and slowly reveal a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather creation uniquely charming. ► Color Firstly, screen displays can have color discrepancies. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to variations in texture and dye absorption. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. ► About Customization (No Appreciation Period. No Returns or Exchanges) This item is made to order as a "customized product." Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when ordering. If no specifications are provided upon ordering, you agree to the designer selecting the "stitching color" and leaving the "embossed text" area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. Returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.) are not accepted. We understand that "online customization" can seem risky. If you have very specific requirements, it is safer to purchase from a physical store.
