Before placing an order, please contact the designer via "Contact Designer" to confirm your requirements, obtain a quote, and discuss the delivery timeline. **:Production Process** 1. Contact Designer Please provide the following information: . Content and character count . Vertical or horizontal orientation . Intended use of the artwork . Desired style or reference direction After confirming your requirements, a quote and estimated delivery date will be provided. 2. Place Order & Payment Once the writing direction, licensing scope, and delivery file format are confirmed, please complete your order and payment. Production will commence on the agreed-upon start date. 3. Handwritten Creation & Digitization The designer will handwrite the content with a fountain pen on paper, followed by high-resolution scanning, background removal, and vectorization. This process typically takes 7–10 business days (excluding holidays). 4. Minor Adjustments & File Delivery You will receive the artwork file for review. After one round of minor adjustments included within the quote, the final digital files will be delivered. - **:Customization Details** 1. Brand Collaboration Experience We have provided handwritten calligraphy and font design services for brands such as: Silver advertising, Grandma's pantry dried noodles, EZ FLY, Meow Master's Food Lab, and Moon Deer Island, among others. 2. Writing Style All handwritten text is personally written by the designer with a fountain pen on paper, then scanned and processed into digital files. We do not use existing computer fonts. The designer will arrange the content based on the text, font characteristics, intended use, and overall visual requirements, preserving the natural lines, rhythm, and tactile quality of fountain pen writing. 3. Production Time The basic production time is approximately 7–10 business days (excluding holidays), calculated from the agreed-upon project start date. For urgent requests, we will assess our schedule to determine feasibility and will apply a 20% rush fee to the item. 4. Scope of Revisions Once the writing style is confirmed during the initial discussion phase, the creation process will begin based on the agreed direction. We regret that changes to the overall writing style will not be accepted. This quote includes one round of minor adjustments, which may include: . Text proportion . Letter spacing and placement . Return & Exchange Policy As this is a custom-made, personalized product, creation begins upon order confirmation and payment. We regret that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after completion. Each piece is meticulously written and revised by the designer with a fountain pen, with careful adjustments to line weight, text proportion, spacing, and overall rhythm until the most suitable version is selected. . Upon completion, the artwork is scanned at high resolution, with background removal, detail refinement, and vectorization to ensure the handwritten style retains its natural strokes while being flexible for digital design and print output. . Fountain pen writing differs from computer fonts; every curve, pause, and line variation carries the natural trace of handwriting, making each piece unique. - **:Exclusive Licensing Explanation** . This project operates under exclusive licensing. The client may use the completed work for purposes agreed upon by both parties. . Unless otherwise stated in writing, copyright for original proposals, unused versions, drafts, and the production process remains with Hsinmo Design Integration Co., Ltd. . For expanded usage rights, extended product lines, sub-licensing, or use in commercial applications beyond the original agreement, please contact us for a separate quote. - **:Design Commission Notes** . Minor adjustments refer to detailed modifications within the existing proposal and do not include overall redesign, re-writing, or new proposals. . If re-proposals, additional text, changes in writing direction, or other design elements are required, they will be quoted separately based on actual needs. . If the client terminates the commission due to changes in requirements, production feedback, or other reasons not attributable to the commissioned party, the initial deposit will not be refunded. . Unselected proposals, drafts, and design versions remain the intellectual property of Hsinmo Design and may not be used, modified, or reproduced by the client or a third party. .
