Moroccan orange blossoms possess a remarkably clean and bright quality: the dry heat of the day and the cool, slightly damp nights create a temperature difference that tightens the flower's oil glands, concentrating the fragrance. It opens with a sweet, citrusy top note, transitions to the soft, white floral heart, and finishes with a delicate, honey-like sweetness that is neither heavy nor sticky. This is why orange blossom smells so "light" yet never empty. Once harvested, the blossoms are sent to the Essenciagua distillation workshop.
