**▎What to Wear / Recommended Items**
1. Bring a change of clothes for after the activity.
2. Wear quick-drying, lightweight clothing or swimwear.
3. If you wear glasses or sunglasses, please use a strap, or opt for contact lenses.
4. Bring your own sunscreen and water. You may also bring breakfast/snacks to enjoy on the water.
5. We have simple changing tents for privacy.
6. Basic bucket water is available for a quick rinse.

**▎Important Notes for Bringing Your Furry Friends**
As no additional fee is charged for pets, please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Please bring your pet's own life vest and leash.
2. Trim your pet's nails before the activity to prevent damage to equipment.
3. It is best if your pet has prior swimming experience, or is not afraid of water/prone to scratching (as they may fall into the water).

**⚠️ If the Windy forecast predicts wave heights of 0.8 or above on the day of the activity, the location will be changed to the Zengwen River or Sicao Boat House experience. Cancellations will not be accepted. Please do not book if you do not agree.**
**⚠️ Individuals with heart conditions, asthma, high blood pressure, pregnant women, or those with other medical conditions must confirm their own psychological, physiological, and physical fitness suitability for this activity. ▴ If the Windy forecast predicts wave heights of 0.8 or above on the day of the activity, the location will be changed to the Zengwen River or Sicao Boat House experience. A price difference refund will be provided, but cancellations will not be accepted. Please do not book if you do not agree!!️
▴ The activity will not be canceled due to rain, unless there is thunder, heavy rain, or strong winds making it unsafe to enter the water!!️
▴ We will notify you if conditions are unsafe for the activity!!️
▴ In case of cancellation due to weather, residents of Tainan may reschedule or receive a refund (a $100 processing fee will be deducted)!!️
**▎Refund Policy**
A. Cancellation by Consumer
1. Cancellations made 14 days prior to the activity date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the activity date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Cancellations made 5 days prior to the activity date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a 50% refund.
4. Cancellations made 2 days prior to the activity date (excluding the departure date) are not eligible for a refund.
B. Cancellation by Organizer
1. If the organizer cancels the activity, a full refund will be issued (no processing fee deducted).
2. If the activity is canceled prior to commencement due to force majeure events such as weather or national policy, a refund will be issued after deducting a processing fee (per person) of NT$100.
3. If the activity is canceled after reaching the site due to force majeure events such as weather, a refund will be issued after deducting a processing fee (per person) of NT$100.
**▎Photo/Video Policy**
▴ We will capture photos and videos throughout the entire activity for documentation and to provide participants with lasting memories.
For our official use, we will periodically and randomly select photos/videos to upload to our social media platforms such as our fan page/Instagram.
▴ Therefore, your beautiful photos/captivating videos from the activity "may" appear on our social media.
