Cut black garlic in half or peel and separate cloves. 2. Blanch chicken (for 2-3 servings), then rinse. 3. Sauté white garlic and chicken in a pot with a little oil until fragrant. 4. Add remaining herbs and chicken to the pot, add approximately 2000cc of water (adjust to taste). 5. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
