Workshop Duration: 3 hours
Session A: 10:30 - 13:30
Session B: 12:30 - 15:30
(Each session includes a 30-minute buffer for finishing.)
Completion time varies with individual pace. It is recommended to avoid scheduling important appointments immediately after the workshop.

* To ensure teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class starts. Please do not arrive early to avoid waiting.
(Participants aged 10-15 require one parent to be present for supervision and assistance throughout the workshop; no additional fee is charged for co-creation.)
* To maintain the quality of instruction for all students, latecomers will not receive individual explanations. Please do not be late, as it may disrupt others' learning. To protect the rights of other participants, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling will be necessary.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the studio. Covered beverages are permitted, but please be mindful of spills.
* The workshop will be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff on-site, and we will avoid capturing your image. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and pictures of you and your creations for marketing purposes.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Once a course is booked, cancellations, refunds, and same-day rescheduling are not permitted. The following circumstances allow for rescheduling or transfer of booking up to once, within two months:
1. Weather conditions: Government closure or suspension of classes in the designated area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from commencing.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents (discussable).

* In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, cease operation immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to handle it yourself. Any damage to equipment due to non-compliance with instructions will require compensation at full price.
