・Reservation time｜Weekdays and holidays 12:00 \ 16:00
・Experience time｜About 3 hours, varies depending on experience style and on-site conditions
・Targets｜Friends aged 7 and above who are interested in metalworking crafts
(Muskets will be used in the production process, and children will be accompanied by instructors. Parents are advised to make their own decisions)
・During class, students should abide by the rules for using tools and cooperate with the instructor’s instructions. If tools are damaged due to violation, the cost will be compensated
・Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure the class starts on time. If you are late for more than 30 minutes or do not show up on the day of the experience, it will be deemed as an unexcused absence, and no refund will be given and no extension will be allowed.
・If you temporarily withdraw from the course due to personal reasons during the experience activity, the deposit will not be refunded and cannot be extended.
・Please make a reservation at least three days before the course start date. The course will start when there are 2 people. If it is less than three days, the course will start based on the on-site conditions.
・If classes are suspended due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Pinkoi will proactively contact us for an extension or refund. If classes are suspended due to a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by the venue where the course is held will be the class start and refund standards.
・If you need to reschedule, each order can be rescheduled once; if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, you can apply for a refund through the order, and 30% of the course fee will be charged. Since the instructor must prepare materials three days before the course, if the course starts before Cancellations within three days before the date will not be refunded or rescheduled
・If the materials are made incorrectly or damaged due to personal negligence during the process, you will need to purchase new materials before you can continue production.
