Short-Sleeved Cotton Top – Wild Yellow Bunting

This design began early this year with sketches and a small sample. I envisioned a simple shape and pure white. A distinct 5cm hem adds texture and subtle variation to the white. The raglan sleeves, free from shoulder seams, blend seamlessly with the sleeves for a clean, unified look. In April, as spring blossoms, I embroidered the little wild yellow bunting flower. Its graceful form and resilient spirit are truly endearing. The embroidery, in a light, layered green with clearly defined yellow petals, truly enhances the summery feel of this top.
