📍 Hot stamping is available in English and limited Chinese characters (refer to the illustration below). We do not offer hot stamping of "numbers" or "symbols." For special stamping requests, please message the designer to discuss. 📍 All keys will feel a bit stiff initially due to the added thickness of the leather cover. They will soften and become more comfortable to use over time. Please consider this before ordering if you are sensitive to such changes. 📍 Key fob designs can vary based on the "purchase year" and "owner's selected options." Please send a photo of your key fob for verification before placing your order. __Ordering Process__ 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed. Your item will be shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends, starting from the day after your order. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeline before ordering. The product is crafted using a wet-molding technique, which requires 2-4 days for air drying. Surface imperfections on the leather may not be obvious when flat, but they can become more pronounced once the leather is molded into a three-dimensional shape. If we find too many flaws on the leather surface, we will discard it and start over. As handmade items are time-consuming and labor-intensive, please be patient. 💁🏻 Please send a photo of your key fob for verification before ordering, as the same car model may have different designs depending on the year or owner's selected options. If an incorrect item is ordered due to failure to verify with a photo, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you force your key into the cover, causing deformation or damage. **1. Its light hue is prone to showing dirt and manufacturing marks, and leather grain is more noticeable. Specify Hot Stamping Content in the Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be freely arranged. Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in achieving perfectly uniform heat distribution with the hot stamping machine, issues like foil peeling may occur if there are too many characters, very long text, or all uppercase letters. These occurrences are unavoidable. Please consider your chosen text carefully. 2. The hot stamping add-on service covers only one line of stamping. It does not include stamping on the back or multiple lines. 3. This product is made to order. Production time varies depending on the size and quantity of items. Typically, items are shipped within 10 business days (excluding weekends). 4. Leather naturally has variations in its grain, including marks from the animal's growth period such as scars or insect bites. Please proceed with your order only if you accept these natural characteristics. 5. All product photos are actual images. However, color variations may occur due to computer monitor settings and lighting. The actual product color is the final reference. 6. Handmade items may show slight imperfections inherent to the crafting process and cannot be compared to factory-made perfection. If you require absolute flawlessness, please refrain from purchasing.
