1) Get to know about how does singing bowls sound healing therapy helps us!
2) Learn about how to strike and do the rubbing techniques on the bowl properly.
3) Cleansing aura：from crown to root chakra in lying down position.
4) Nirvana Therapy: For reduced the stress , being peaceful, well behaving and harmonizes all of the body.
5) Self healing：balancing the the mind and treating for front body relaxation. Good for any ages!
6) Cleansing the chakras with chanting seed mantra for negative energy.
Provide the class with singing bowl 18 to 20 cm a handmade high grade bowl + wooden mallet + singing bowls cushion.
