Approximately 8mm Aurora Tamatoa pearls are fixed at the core of a single-arm Ferris wheel fully encrusted with zircons, symbolizing eternal steadfastness. Sixteen long arms suspend sixteen cabins, each made of zircons, gently rotating on the fantastical Ferris wheel, narrating the legends of the ocean and the dreams of coastal dwellers. It captures the beautiful aspirations of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, born from the sea and embracing a future "facing the sea with spring blossoms."
