Revisions & Adjustments: Finished products include "one free adjustment," limited to contour refinements or corrections of production errors. If you wish to change the content mid-process, material and service fees will apply accordingly. 2. Subjective Discrepancies: Orders cannot be refunded or returned based on personal aesthetic preferences such as "different from expectations" or "different proportions." Please refer to the existing styles in our shop, as handmade items cannot achieve perfect symmetry or 100% realism. 3. After-sales & Abandoned Orders: As this is a customized product, it is not eligible for the seven-day return policy. Failure to collect the package without notice will be treated as a malicious abandonment of the order, and we will pursue relevant civil liability. 4. Sharing of Work: Finished product photos may be shared on our platform (personal information will be hidden). Please inform us in advance if you do not wish for your product to be shared; otherwise, it is assumed that you consent. 5. Returns: Custom-made products fall under "Exceptional Goods" and are not covered by the 7-day return policy; therefore, they cannot be returned or exchanged. 6. Color Variance: Slight differences between photos of the finished product and the physical item are normal and not grounds for a refund or return. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record a video while unboxing to protect your rights. Please report any issues within 1 day; requests made after this period will not be accepted. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Variance: Due to manual production and measurement, a 0-2cm variance is considered normal. 11. Receipts: Please inform us in advance if you need a receipt. Our shop is exempt from issuing uniform invoices. If a receipt needs to be sent later, it can only be sent via registered mail.
