Each felt creation is meticulously handcrafted by the shop owner, one stitch at a time. Kindly read the following notes before ordering: 1. Please send us photos for a quote and specify your desired pose and expression (e.g., lying down, standing, looking up, or any quirky expressions/actions). 2. If you have collected your pet's fur, you can send it to us to be incorporated into the felt figure along with the wool. Shipping can be arranged via SF Express or postal mail. 3. We require clear photos of your pet from the front, side, top, and back, showing their fur color and markings distribution. Please provide multiple photos for our reference. 4. Please use photos taken in normal lighting. Overly bright, dark, or blurry images can affect the crafting process. (You can supplement with photos of the same breed if needed.) 5. Kindly inform us of any distinctive features your pet has, so we can add them to the felt figure. 6. Please indicate your desired completion date. Custom orders typically take 15 days or more. Larger and more complex creations require longer. If this is a gift, please allow 1-2 months for creation and delivery. 7. After completion, up to 5 revisions can be made. Please discuss any desired changes with the shop owner once you have confirmed. 8. Optional accessories are available for purchase, such as scarves, personalized wool name tags, wool hair accessories, and dust covers.
