This Daron Charm Bead - Ancient Bead Necklace is comprised of three components: 1. Main Bead: A Burmese temple-originating Eye Totem Bronze Alloy Daron Charm Bead. Cast using a solid, hollow mold technique with bronze alloy. The exact year is unknown, but it is estimated to be from the 19th to 20th century. After arriving in Taiwan, it has been cleaned to remove oxidized patina. The bead appears bright yellow when photographed, but it will oxidize and darken over time if not regularly polished. The alloy composition of the charm bead contains gold, though in a small proportion. Cinnabar was added during the smelting process. Due to its exceptionally strong magnetic field, it is believed to suppress malevolent entities and spirits, serving as a potent protective, barrier-creating, and luck-enhancing amulet. It has also been traditionally used for consecration and establishing protective boundaries. Currently, some individuals use it for spiritual practices and meditation, or place it in home altars or vehicles to harmonize the feng shui and magnetic fields. It is now affixed to a stainless steel circular base with a diameter of 2.5 cm. The size of the charm bead can vary significantly depending on the diameter of its base. It can be worn as a personal amulet, attached to a belt, or incorporated into a keychain or phone charm for good fortune and protection. 2. Four Daron Charm Beads with drilled holes, originating from a collapsed pagoda in Mandalay. The average maximum diameter is between 0.9-0.95 cm. These are Daron Charm Beads in the form of prayer beads. 3. Two 6-eye totem ancient beads. These are classified as West Asian beads (originating from regions such as Myanmar, Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc.). Their condition is not pristine, exhibiting characteristics of burial, such as dehydration, calcification, chipping, leather-like texture, and orange-peel effects.
