To ensure someone is available to receive the order, please message us privately before placing your order to confirm available delivery slots. (Deliveries are primarily made in eco-friendly cardboard boxes. Gift wrapping is available for an additional purchase.) - Important Notes - 1. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or time slots. It is recommended to allow for some flexibility in delivery time. 2. The recipient's information will not be displayed on the gift delivery. If you wish to include your name, please note it in the order details. 3. Card services are available for an additional purchase. Please specify the card's purpose in the remarks, e.g., Birthday Card / Christmas Card. 4. Deliveries are packaged in standard brown kraft paper boxes for protection. If you require a premium gift bag, it can be purchased separately. We do not offer special exquisite gift box packaging. 5. All items are made to order. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. For urgent orders or bulk purchases, please contact us by phone first. 6. Preserved flowers (and dried flowers) are processed natural botanicals. Petals may not be perfectly symmetrical or flawless, and slight shedding during transit is normal and does not affect the overall aesthetic or usability. This is not considered a defect. Perfectionists, please consider carefully. 7. Each floral arrangement is handmade. The final product may not be identical to the photo. If a specific flower is unavailable, the designer will substitute it with a similar color and style (no prior notification will be given to avoid delaying your gift delivery). - Care Instructions - 1. Please avoid direct sunlight and humidity. If the flowers become damp, you can use a hairdryer on a cool setting to gently dry the petals or use a dehumidifier. Direct sunlight can cause petal discoloration that cannot be reversed. 2. To remove dust, gently brush the petals with a soft brush or use a blower ball to lightly blow away dust. 3. With proper care, preserved flowers can be enjoyed for 1-2 years.
