Due to variations in leather inventory and natural grain patterns, if a significant flaw or damage during production prevents us from creating a large piece, both parties agree to a full refund as resolution. **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** Our studio exclusively uses Italian/European imported vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique marks and patterns from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and blood vessels. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches acquired during processing, shipping, or production are also considered normal if the leather surface is not breached. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these markings, except for major damage. Please consider this if you are particular. While not as perfectly uniform as machine-produced items, they possess a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a luster, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs only to you. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, different production batches and storage times can result in variations in leather color. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors may not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day free look period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a "customized item." Please specify your customization requests such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font" when ordering. If no specifications are provided, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer's choice of stitching color and that the "embossed text" will be left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our "customized items" are not eligible for a 7-day free look period.
