**【Preserved · Aged Tea】1930s Taiwan Old Green Tea** Produced in Beipu, Hsinchu, the largest tea exporting region in Taiwan during the Japanese colonial era. This batch of tea was originally intended as a premium export (sliced green tea) for Japan and Southeast Asia. However, following Japan's defeat in World War II and the subsequent change in governance in Taiwan, it was never exported and has been preserved over time. Despite its age, this tea has been exceptionally well-preserved, free from any musty odors. Through over seventy years of slow fermentation and transformation, the leaves have become finely fragmented. The brewed liquor presents a humble, dark brown hue, carrying rich grassy and ginseng notes. Its color is deep, and the taste is full, pure, and intense. Brewing Instructions: Hot Infusion Method 1. Place one tea bag into a teapot (or cup). Adjust quantity for desired strength. 2. Pour hot water at approximately 100°C into the pot. It can also be simmered gently. 3.
