**Returns & Exchanges**
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
1. Items that have been washed, used, or damaged due to personal reasons.
2. Items returned beyond the specified return period (within 7 days of customer receiving the item).
3. Certain sale items and gifts.
**Refunds**
If an item is damaged before use or if we ship an incorrect item that does not match your order, we will arrange the following:
A full refund of the product price and shipping costs to your payment account.

We will arrange to reship a new item for you as an exchange.

**Exchanges**
If the item is in stock, we accept one exchange for the same style (different size) only.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
