Casual shoes are packaged in shoe boxes; slippers/bags/accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and slight collisions or indentations during logistics delivery are unavoidable. Packaging itself cannot be returned or exchanged. 8. Genuine leather insoles may vary in texture and pattern by season or by different parts of the skin (unlike synthetic leather, they cannot achieve identical color and pattern). Wrinkles or color variations are not defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings; the actual product color shall prevail. There is a standard international allowable error in handmade measurements, and a normal variation of 1-3 cm is unavoidable. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or cards with authorization labels or official logos) should not be imitated. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (shoe box + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2. Discounted or free shipping items cannot be partially returned. If partial returns are required, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. For any concerns or missing items upon receipt, a complete unboxing video must be provided to ensure the rights of both parties and to facilitate returns, exchanges, or reshipments. 4. The original packaging (shoe box + outer box) must be used for returns. Do not directly affix labels to the shoe box. If the shoe box/authorization label is damaged due to incomplete packaging, a restoration fee of NT$100 will be charged. 5.
