Gently slide the ear cuff onto the thinner upper part of your ear, moving downwards. If it doesn't fit, slightly widen the opening. 2. Once it's at your desired position, gently tug it to ensure it's secure. If it comes off easily, gradually narrow the opening to adjust. 3. Once you've adjusted it to your perfect fit, you can put it on and take it off without needing to readjust the opening each time. Once you get the hang of it, wearing it is simple.
