Continuously breaking down and reshaping conventional silhouettes, the collection embraces the brand's expertise in the deconstructive style of one garment, multiple wears.The result is a reconstruction and deconstruction of traditional styles into modern and trendy shirt designs, featuring the introduction of several classic gender-neutral pieces in this season's lineup. This season, taking the concept of "banquet" as its design inspiration, the collection reimagines traditional clothing elements, outlining various garments infused with the characteristics of a "master tailor." Constantly deconstructing and reshaping traditional silhouettes, the brand's signature deconstructive style, known for its versatility, transforms into modern and trendy shirt styles. This season also sees the introduction of several brand classics in gender-neutral clothing. The garment design combines the traditional suit pants with the more casual style of slacks, deconstructing and reshaping them. Design-wise, a belt extends from the zipper crotch section, connecting with a deconstructed metal ring on the right pocket, allowing for adjustable waist size. Apart from extending a pleat from the left trouser head all the way to the hem to add visual depth, a deliberate cut is made in the middle of the pleat to reveal the pocket hem, enriching the layering. Additionally, an extra functional pocket is added to the inner layer of the pleat. Notably, the pleat opening is finely finished with a pure-style suit pocket edge, and a hidden button is added between the pleat and the trouser body, giving you the option to fasten the pleat tightly to the leg or leave it open to drape naturally. "Ban-Doh" not only pays homage to the gradually fading Taiwanese culture but also aims to reinterpret tradition with a modern flair, following our brand's 21SS collection, "Connextion," in hopes to emphasize the importance of human connections in today's society. In terms of clothing design, we've incorporated elements inspired by the season's theme, deconstructing and reconstructing traditional attire. Particularly, we've focused on the distinctive attire of the "Ban-Doh" master, reimagining its iconic double-breasted jacket and apron into modern shirt styles. The prints draw inspiration from traditional Ban-Doh elements such as round tables, red plastic chairs, lanterns, and canopies. These elements are deconstructed and cleverly combined, arranged in a pixelated manner to create a fashionable and elegant classic style.
