・After checking in at the studio and confirming your style, exchanges for a different style (only for styles with available materials) are possible with a price difference paid. No refunds are issued for exchanges to lower-priced styles.
・Class fees only cover your spot. Accompanying guests may be permitted based on studio space availability, but they cannot participate in the experience.
・Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. To ensure ample practice time, punctuality is appreciated.
・During the lesson, the instructor will provide a demonstration and allow students to practice with sample materials before working on the final piece. If a defect arises due to personal error that cannot be rectified, a new material kit can be purchased.
・Silver ring classes typically last 2-3 hours (duration may vary depending on the complexity of the chosen style). After the class, the instructor will perform final finishing and polishing, which takes approximately 2 hours (you are welcome to explore the nearby area and return for pickup). For same-day pickup, the latest appointment slot is 3:30 PM. If you do not require same-day pickup, you may book an evening slot, and the finished product can be mailed to you (free shipping) or collected later.
This "Metalworking Handmade Class" is a foundational, formal introductory course in metalworking. Taught one-on-one by a professional metalworking instructor with demonstrations, a variety of tools are used. Participants must be high school or vocational school students (or older) and capable of adhering to the instructor's teaching methods to ensure safe learning.
・Strictly adhere to the instructor's guidance on safe operation of tools and equipment. Students are required to wear safety goggles, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during class. Failure to comply may result in the instructor halting the lesson, with the non-compliant party being responsible for any resulting hazards.
・In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on the scheduled class date, the class will be postponed and rescheduled in accordance with government regulations for the respective studio location.
・The company reserves the right to modify course details. If a studio event is canceled for any reason, participants will be notified in advance to coordinate a new class date.
