| COVID-19 Prevention Measures |
1. In response to epidemic prevention needs, instructors have completed necessary health screenings before commencing classes. Relevant attendees will have their temperature taken, and alcohol disinfection equipment will be provided to ensure the safety of all participants.
2. Should the epidemic situation escalate after registration, registered participants who wish to reschedule or cancel their class may contact the organizer to make appropriate arrangements.
3. Upon entry, please sanitize your hands with alcohol spray and have your forehead temperature measured. Individuals with a temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be permitted to attend. Masks must be worn throughout the class.
4. No refreshments will be provided in the classroom. Please bring your own drinking water. Thank you!

3. In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to change the date or modify the workshop content.
4. For cancellations or reschedulings made 5 days (inclusive) prior to the class date, a 20% administrative fee will be deducted.
5. Rescheduled sessions must be within the following 2 months. If unable to attend within the rescheduled timeframe, a refund will be issued.
6. A minimum of 10 participants is required to form a class. If the minimum number is not met, participants will be notified prior to the class date regarding rescheduling or refunds.

7. Participation is limited to the registered individual. If a parent wishes to participate with a child, an additional fee of NT$200 will apply for the extra seat.
8. In consideration of environmental protection, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own shopping bag to carry your creation.
9. After purchasing a course, feel free to contact customer service, and a dedicated representative will assist you in arranging a suitable time for your session.
10. During the workshop, photographs and videos may be taken and uploaded to NEIGHBOR FOREST's social media channels after the event for documentation or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform the staff at the venue.
