We will reserve your spot and make an appointment with the teacher for you. Except for school-age children (6-10 years old) who can be accompanied by one person in the first class of related courses, no accompanying person is allowed in other courses.
◆ Methods for rescheduling and canceling conversions
Full refund 7 days (inclusive) before class starts
60% refund if canceled 3-6 days (inclusive) before the course starts
30% refund if canceled 2 days before class starts (inclusive)
No cancellations are allowed within 24 hours before class starts
*The refund amount is the amount after the handling fee of NT$30
Rescheduling or transfer to another person is limited to one time (one additional time can be added for special reasons)
Cancellation is not possible after rescheduling or conversion
