This tea garden was not easy to position for "Changcha" at the beginning, because the terroir characteristics were not obvious enough; except for a few times to make it have a strong honey flavor, the terroir that the land can bring is really amazing. Quite limited, so we can only wait. For us at that time, we just intuitively believed that as long as we waited patiently, a miracle would happen in this place. Looking back afterwards, there were actually signs of the change in the winter of 2020, but in 2020 we are still unable to determine whether it was a factor of climatic conditions or a factor caused by heavy winds. Three years later, a miracle happened. Thanks to Mr. Chen’s persistent care, the Jinxuan species in this tea garden have finally turned from an ugly duckling into a swan. If you compare every tea from 2018 to the present, you will find that the interaction between the tea tree and the land has changed significantly. Now the contents of this piece of tea tree are obviously thicker and sweeter, and it has developed a rich taste similar to Phoenix single tea, which is unexpected. It can be said that this entire tea series is an excellent sample for observing the impact of tea garden management and ecological restoration on the taste of tea trees. It also provides strong evidence for Changcha's adherence to the collaborative concept of friendly land. However, the characteristics of this single Phoenix still leave a foreshadowing, and it will not be until next spring that there will be a clearer answer.
