We do not recommend blurry or poorly lit photos. 2️⃣ Provide Textual Information Photo: Please provide a square photo, or a photo that we can crop and adjust. Content: Limited to 2 lines, with a maximum of 15 words per line. Time: The left time should be less than the right time. The right time can be replaced with an "infinity symbol." Song: Provide a song available on Spotify. If you prefer not to use a song, it can be replaced with a "volume design." If not using Spotify, you can opt for other platforms like YouTube/KKBOX to create a QR code design. We will handle the QR code design for you. The night light itself does not play music; playback requires a compatible app on your phone. Please ensure you understand the pricing before placing your order and making payment. 4️⃣ Review Design Proof The design proof will be processed after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. No refunds will be issued during the design creation process. We will confirm all production details in the final stages. Once confirmed, no changes to the information will be accepted. 5️⃣ Production Time Please be patient. Production takes 7-14 days before shipping. For urgent orders required within 1-7 days, an additional fee of HKD$100 applies. Please inquire about availability before placing your order. Urgent orders are prioritized. 6️⃣ Shipping Upon completion, we will provide you with a photo of the finished product and ship it within the same day or two. There may be slight discrepancies between manual measurements and actual product dimensions. Minor variations are inevitable in finished products made by hand and machine.
